About Me

  • Shannon Williams

    FOUNDER / INSTRUCTOR

  • Born and raised in Porthmadog, I moved to London to pursue a degree in musical theatre. While living in the city, I trained as a personal trainer and had the opportunity to work at a health club in West London for three years, helping clients with a variety of physical conditions.

In my spare time, I discovered a passion for Reformer Pilates, using it to improve my hip mobility and enjoying weekend classes with friends. After six years in London, I decided it was time to return to Porthmadog, but I missed the accessibility of Reformer Pilates. This inspired me to take the leap and open my own studio, where I could share my expertise and introduce this dynamic practice to the local community. My goal is to help others improve their physical health while bringing a fun and engaging new activity to Porthmadog.
